This is done by means of a connector, which sees to it that these electronic documents are exchanged between your back office and your trading partners.
Bizconnect can process documents relating to orders and deliveries as well as electronic invoices in a structured file format which suits your back-office system.

When using Bizconnect you get a range of easy resources at your disposal:
- Document Manager: professional web access so that Bizconnect customers can consult all incoming and outgoing messages and call up their status
- My Account: with My Account, Bizconnect customers can control personal data and settings
- My Trading Partners: this is the list of trading partners signed up to the CertiONE platform. In this list you will also have an overview of all types of documents that you can exchange with your trading partners. Through this application you can also invite trading partners who have not yet signed up
- e-Archiving: an secure online archive which complies with the European guidelines and national laws on electronic archiving, where you can store all your electronic documents with full peace of mind.
