I cannot see my orders (pop-up window is being blocked).
A pop-up window is used for opening an order.
It is possible that your antivirus software or installed toolbars (e.g. Google Toolbar) are blocking these pop-up windows. In order to resolve this, you need to check the specifications of these applications and allow pop-up windows from "connect.certione.com" or "*.certione.com".
Internet Explorer can also block these windows. In order to allow pop-up windows, you need to carry out the following steps:
- Go to Tools
- Select Internet Options
- Select the tab Privacy
- Below you will see Pop-up Blocker. Here you can:
- either completely deactivate this
- or add "connect.certione.com" or "*.certione.com" as exceptions
