User names and passwords are valid for a maximum duration of twelve months and may be renewed at Certipost's discretion. Each registration is for a single user only.

To access the secure areas of the site you will be asked to enter your individual user name and password. We do not permit access to be used in any manner which is seen as harmful or unacceptable to Certipost. If we reasonably believe that a user name and password are being used in this way, we reserve the right to cancel access rights immediately without notice, and block access to all users from that IP address.
