IBM opts for electronic invoicing via Certipost
IBM has decided to implement the Certipost e-Invoicing solution. The IT services provider wants to benefit from the huge business community on CertiONE, the secure electronic communications platform of Certipost. The greater the number of customers IBM can exchange electronic invoices with, the greater the advantages in terms of costs reductions and efficiency improvements.
The CertiONE platform acts as an electronic sorting centre and translation agency. The major advantage for connected companies is that they do not have to establish a separate connection for each business partner. The sender supplies his document in the format of his choice and Certipost converts it into the format expected by the recipient.
By connecting to CertiONE, IBM gains access to an international community of 60,000 companies. For companies that are not yet connected to the platform, Certipost offers several connection options that will fit any budget - from a free secure webmail service to fully automated document exchange with back-office integration.
