Certipost has been nominated for the Dutch “Gouden Facturen” award (Golden Invoices), for the third year running.
In the ‘B2B electronic invoicing’ category Certipost participated with the Philips Lighting project. Philips Lighting has been sending electronic invoices to customers in Belgium, the Netherlands and other European countries since 2006. Philips Lighting chose Certipost in order to send invoices quickly and in compliance with both European regulations and national legislations.
It makes no difference to Certipost which IT systems Philips Lighting customers use to process their incoming invoices. Certipost sends invoices from the Philips Lighting SAP system to the recipient in the format and via the delivery channel of his choice. Philips Lighting switched over to electronic invoicing in order to reduce its ecological footprint and to save costs.
E-invoicing providers were able to submit case studies in four different competition categories until 22 May. The nominees have been selected by a jury of three professionals and by visitors to the Factuurcongres website (Invoice Conference). During the third edition of this conference, which will take place in Eindhoven in the Netherlands on 7 June, the visitors will select a winner for each category. Last year Certipost received a nomination for a project at Overtoom. In 2008 Certipost was nominated with its case, and won for its project at Sanoma. |
